I have been canning jam like crazy! I don't know exactly how many I have, but at least 40 pints. Apricot and Raspberry are the ones I have done so far, and apricot syrup for pancakes and waffles. YuMMy! I am going to do peach jam too. I love jam! For the record, I give a lot away. My brother asked what in the heck I would do with that much jam! Hey, this girl just needs to make sure that if there is ever a shortage, she will be set in the jam department. My neighbor and friends aren't complaining that I do a lot, so I will just keep going!
